Liz Elmes

Liz brings cross-industry leadership, development and assessment expertise and is a top team advisor to blue-chip firms in Europe, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. Her first career was in military intelligence, where she won the sword of honour after graduating as an officer from RAF Cranwell. She supported combat flying operations in the UK, Cyprus and Iraq, leading teams to perform at their best, particularly when under pressure. A keen sportswoman, she played lacrosse at international level, captaining England in the European Cup where the team won Gold. Liz has extensive experience working and living across the world, advising clients including African Development Bank, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, AXA Insurance, NHS, Anglo American, Sky, CapGemimi, Vodafone, Boeing, QinetiQ, RBS, Lockhead Martin and many more.

She is a principal leadership facilitator for several UK Government departments and works with boards and executives to improve agility, manage change, drive growth, and leadership through uncertainty.
